Description

• Create a prioritized list of your tasks based on deadlines and importance. Allocate time for each task accordingly, ensuring that you have enough time to dedicate to each one.
• Work closely with your team members, including the investment manager, to share insights and inputs on the design of new controls and solutions. Effective collaboration can lead to better outcomes and innovative solutions.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to fund valuation, regulatory reporting, and technology. This will help you make informed decisions and contribute effectively to the team's goals.
• Maintain open communication channels with custodians, external providers, and other stakeholders to address any issues promptly. Clear communication is key to building and maintaining strong relationships.
• Regularly review your processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement. Propose process improvement requests and service enhancements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Consider attending training sessions or pursuing certifications related to fund valuation, regulatory reporting, and technology implementation. This will help you expand your skills and knowledge in these areas.

Profile

• You have at least 2 years of experience in a similar position
• You have knowledge of investment vehicles and the fund industry, which is appreciated
• Experience in the life insurance sector and/or fund valuation is a plus
• You demonstrate strong attention to detail
• You are fluent in French and have a good command of English
