Missions
The Client Servicing main mission is to support the commercial development of the Group providing on a daily basis our clients with outstanding operational and administrative support in line with group procedures.
The department is the group’s backbone for the Third Party Fund Distribution activity for cross boarder products (LU/IR/FR) and is organized under 3 teams: Distribution Support, Dealing Support and Distribution Oversight.
Our Distribution Support team is the group’s backbone for the Third Party Fund Distribution activity.
Their main tasks are:
- Monitoring Client requests, providing administrative and operational support
- Coordination of Clients onboarding
- Coordination of Distribution Contracts setup
- Keeping our distributors’ AML/KYC directories up to date to constantly comply with regulatory requirements
Duties and responsibilities
In coordination with the commercial request and several departments of the company, being in charge of the setup of contracts relating to activities with respect to distribution activities performed by Distributors acting either as fund seller or user or both;
- Monitoring of requests to amend or set up brand new Contracts in close cooperation with sales team and several departments of the Company (legal, compliance, middle office, etc.…) and ensure maintenance of the contracts repository;
- Answer any requests coming from internal (Sales, Product Specialist, etc.) and external Clients (Distributors);
- Make sure contractual obligations, particularly all aspects regarding remuneration and Client reporting needs are in line with internal processes and procedures and regulatory requirements;
- Certifying operational feasibility regarding the agreed terms and conditions upfront that will be put in the contract, in close collaboration with the operational teams in charge of the collection and payment of retrocession;
- AML/KYC/KYD data and documentation collection and monitoring;
- Ensure a high quality level of services provided to our Clients;
- Distribution Support Officers are responsible for a portfolio of Clients according to a geographical area coverage.
Critères candidat
- Niveau d'études minimum : Bac + 3 / L3
- Formation / Spécialisation : University / Business School
- Niveau d'expérience minimum : 3 - 5 ans
- Expérience : 3-5 years’ experience in Client Servicing
- Outils informatiques : Skilled user for standard IT applications, Microsoft Office in particular
- Langues : Fluent in French and English; German or Italian would be an asset
