Your next challenge:
- Set-up and ongoing monitoring of investment funds various asset classes (traditional and alternative);
- Build and maintain internal relationships in our various departments, also on BIL-group level;
- Coordination with funds' board of directors to respect appropriate governance and attend quarterly board meetings;
- Coordination of (semi) annual audit to ensure a smooth and timely finalization;
- Maintain and update all policies and procedures linked to the day-to-day management as well as the operating memorandums with the 3rd party service providers;
- Be the central point of contact for distribution reporting related matters with service providers, placement agents and distributors.
- Ensure that any fund data, fund documentation and marketing material published or used for our funds are correct, up-to-date and in line with regulatory requirements.
- Maintain and update all policies and procedures linked to fund distribution/marketing;
- Stay up-to-date on current market trends and new developments on (cross-border) distribution;
- Be a key element in the development of BMI's distribution service offering.
Your skills:
- Master degree related to Business Administration / Finance or equivalent. Professional certification such as CFA or CAIA will be considered as an asset;
- 5 to 8 years of relevant work experience with operational and client facing background;
- Previous experience in the setup, administration or distribution of Luxembourg investment vehicles. Previous experience in a Management Company/AIFM is also an advantage;
- Good knowledge of new regulatory changes impacting the fund industry and their effects;
- Experience in central administration, depositary and other related functions for the ongoing day to day oversight of the funds/products;
- Great networking skills with the desire to build your client portfolio and relationships, with the aim to improve the client experience;
- Highly organized and accurate;
- Excellent communication and organizational skills;
- Fluent in both English and French, any additional language being considered as an advantage;
- Ability to work under pressure.
