YOUR MISSION
- Monthly and quarterly management and client reporting
- Maintaining and analysing key client data
- Managing cash reporting and bank accounts
- Working together with the legal department on service level agreements, sub-lease agreements as well as domiciliation agreements
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting
- Handling ad-hoc client requests and assisting with project work
YOUR PROFILE
- Educational background in the area of business administration, economics or similar
- Well organized and strong analytical skills
- Proactive with the ability to work autonomously
- Handling confidential information with discretion
- Team player with excellent interpersonal and proactive communication skills
- Fluency in English, German is considered an asset
- Confident in handling bigger data sets
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, specifically with Excel
