Your challenges?


Act as the single point of contact (SPOC) for all IT-related requests, including incidents, problems, and service requests.

  • Document and assess requests, resolving them or assigning them to the appropriate support team or supplier.
  • Maintain communication between IT, customers, and suppliers.
  • Provide IT support, including end-user device and application support.
  • Analyze, test, and install company end-user devices.
  • Perform daily operational tasks like email and software management.
  • Adhere to internal administrative regulations and contribute to process improvements.
  • Participate in IT projects.
  • Occasionally provide administrative support.

 

What do we expect from you?


  • High school diploma or equivalent in Information Technology or related field.
  • Proven professional experience in a similar role.
  • Knowledge of relevant software, hardware, and standard office applications.
  • Strong computer literacy and customer service skills.
  • Strong team player with analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Open to change and proactive in process improvements.
  • Fluent in English and French Other languages are consider as a plus
  • Troubleshooting skills.
  • Proficiency in installing and maintaining end-user devices.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic knowledge of the ITIL Framework.
