EMPLOYMENT CUSTOMER SERVICE
SuperFilm Europe S.A. based in Wasserbillig, Luxembourg is the European Sales and Marketing HQ for the International Turkish producer SuperFilm Packaging Films a member of the Sanko Group.
We have been established in Luxembourg since 2004 and service over 250 customers in 35 countries in Europe and Worldwide.
Following a major investment to build a second manufacturing site which will place us as one of the largest producers of packaging and technical films in Europe.
We are seeking to expand our small team to employ a
Customer Service Person
A high level of the English language is very important as it is our main business communication language. However, our office language is both English and German. The role requires the employee to have direct customer contact, to receive and process the orders, follow the logistical system until the goods are received, generate the invoice and monitor the credit control and payment.
Good accurate administrative and numeracy skills are required.
We have a new SAP order process system.
A good knowledge of Word, Excel and Power Point would be an advantage to utilise the SAP system.
Full Administration training would be given and the opportunity to develop within the company, including customer visits, attendance of sales conferences and exhibitions.
