Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting the Purchase Manager with all day-to-day tasks
- Monitoring, coordinating, and checking supplies with the HQ and the carrier.
- Managing the different databases.
- Monitoring the projects and coordination with the company's various internal departments.
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with suppliers and our sales team members to ensure customer needs are consistently met.
- Providing information to the Sales team members and suppliers on products and services offered.
- Preparing reports on purchases to monitor progress and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Ensuring products and services are delivered according to specification and on time.
- Exchanging with HQ & transporter for transportation & review of invoices before approval.
Skills / Experience:
- Excellent presence and team player attitude, quick and willing learner;
- Able to set priorities, stress resilient, be flexible and highly accurate;
- Ideally, you will already have some experience of Mercator or other management software.
- You are familiar with Microsoft Office Pack, especially Excel;
- An excellent command of English & German being mandatory, in addition to French. Luxembourgish would be an asset.
