We are looking for a

Product & Business Development Coordinator (m/f/d)

You will be integrated in the Product Management & Business Development Department and as a member of the Center of Excellence Metallurgy team, you will coordinate the product management process and manage research and development projects.

Your main tasks:

• Planning and support R&D & EU projects, including deadline scheduling
• Preparing and facilitating meetings as well as completing follow-up tasks
• Creating quality documentation
• Preparing financial reporting
• Supporting the Centers of Competence with its tasks in the product process and R&D project management
• Supporting the coordination of innovation initiatives
• Supporting the management team in the Centers of Excellence with internal projects and processes.

What do we expect?

• Degree in a technical or economic field
• Experience in product management, innovation, or R&D management
• Ideally, product knowledge in metallurgical plant engineering
• A personally responsible, results-oriented approach to work
• An innovative mindset and affinity for IT tools (especially SAP and Excel)
• Flexibility and the ability to work in a team and assert yourself
• Communication and presentation skills
• Very good command of English
• Intercultural competence.
