Your mission:
You will be a part of our Office Management team. Your tasks will be diverse and varied, and will include:
- Administrative tasks: handling calls, mail management, schedule management;
- Helping in the organization of the office management and reception teams: ordering and supplying stocks, distributing internal mail, managing calls, assisting with services related to the maintenance of the building, etc.;
- Administrative follow-up of contracts and supplier contacts, checking invoices;
- Occasionally reinforcing the Reception team;
- Ensuring the follow-up of internal requests and contributing to their timely resolution;
- Participating in the logistical organisation of internal events, meetings and office activities;
- Identifying opportunities to improve day-to-day operations and proactively suggesting practical solutions;
- Providing occasional support for various errands, deliveries or operational tasks required by the business;
- Contributing to various logistical and organisational tasks according to the needs of the department;
Your profile :
- You have at least a Graduate Degree or BTS (Bac +2);You are fluent in English and French. Knowledge of Luxembourgish, Dutch and/or German is an advantage;
- You have an excellent command of MS Office tools;
- You hold a valid driving licence;
- A first professional experience in Facilities Management, Hospitality, Events or a service-oriented environment is highly desirable;
- You are comfortable working in a hands-on environment and participating occasionally in operational activities;
- You are a helpful person who can work autonomously and with a team, able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously;
- You are responsible, proactive and flexible;
- You are organised, service oriented, dynamic and rigorous;
- You have a sense of Diplomacy and discretion;
