Afin de renforcer notre service d’encadrement client à Kockelscheuer, nous recherchons un/une :

Tes tâches :

• Tu es responsable pour un encadrement proactif et individuel de demandes clientèle en provenance de notre site internet, par mail, par téléphone et par médias sociaux etc.
• Tu es responsable pour la qualification et le suivi téléphonique des clients de façon autonome et organisé 
• Tu assures une communication transparente entre le client et le Group Losch Retail
• Tu es résponsable pour l'élaboration et mise en œuvre de stratégies de fidélisation et de campagnes marketing promotionnelles
• Tu es responsable pour la gestion de l’acquisition et du maintien des clients
• Tu promeus l'amélioration continue de la qualité du service
• Tu fais des recherches sur la satisfaction de la clientèle
• Tu es responsable pour la rectification de la base de données
• Tu fais la documentation d’enquêtes clientèle

Ton profil :

• Tu as terminé ta formation professionnelle avec succès
• Tu as de préférence une première expérience fiable dans une centrale téléphonique ou dans un autre secteur de services
• Tu as une forte passion pour l’industrie automobile et le grand sujet de la mobilité d’aujourd’hui et de demain
• Tu aimes travailler en équipe et disposez de qualités d’organisation prononcés
• Tu es à l’écoute du client et disposez d’un sens client aigue
• Tu as des connaissances approfondies des différents programmes d’MS Office
• Tu disposes d'une très bonne maîtrise de l’allemand et du français, bonne maîtrise de l’anglais.
• La maîtrise du luxembourgeois est considérée comme un atout

Agent Customer Relations - befristet (ca. 6 Monate) [m/w/d]

Deine Aufgaben:

• Du bist verantwortlich für eine selbstständige Kundenbetreuung von eingehenden Kundenanfragen via Homepage, Mail, Telefon, Social Media, etc. 
• Du bist verantwortlich für eine zeitnahe Annahme, Beratung, Qualifizierung und Weiterleitung diverser Leads an entsprechende Fachbereiche 
• Du stellst eine einwandfreie Kommunikation zwischen Kunde und der Losch Retail Gruppe sicher
• Telefonische Unterstützung von verkaufsfördernden Marketingkampagnen
• Du hilfst bei der Interessentengewinnung, sowie Erhaltungs- und Rückgewinnungsmanagement
• Du hilfst bei der Förderung einer stetigen Verbesserung der Servicequalität
• Du machst Kundenzufriedenheitsforschung
• Du bist verantwortlich für DATA-Cleaning / Pflege des CRM Systems
• Du dokumentierst Gesprächsergebnisse und Kundenanliegen

Dein Profil:

• Du hast eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung
• Du hast idealerweise erste relevante Berufserfahrungen in einer Dienstleistungsbranche
• Du hast eine ausgeprägte Leidenschaft für Automobile und das große Thema Mobilität heute und morgen 
• Du hast eine eigenständige, sorgfältige und kundenorientierte Arbeitsweise
• Du hast ausgeprägte Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten sowie Organisationstalent
• Du besitzt fundierte Kenntnisse der MS-Office Produktfamilie
• Du hast Freude am persönlichen Umgang mit Kunden
• Du besitzt sehr gute Kenntnisse der deutschen und französischen Sprache, gute Kenntnisse der englischen Sprache
• Luxemburgisch ist von Vorteil

Customer Relations Agent – fixed-term (approx. 6 months) [m/f/d]

Your responsibilities:

• You will be responsible for independently handling incoming customer enquiries via the website, email, telephone, social media, etc. 
• You will be responsible for the prompt receipt, advice, qualification and forwarding of various leads to the relevant specialist departments 
• You will ensure seamless communication between customers and the Losch Retail Group
• Providing telephone support for sales-promoting marketing campaigns
• You will assist with lead generation, as well as customer retention and re-engagement management
• You will help to promote continuous improvement in service quality
• You will carry out customer satisfaction surveys
• You will be responsible for data cleansing and maintaining the CRM system
• You will document the outcomes of conversations and customer enquiries

Your profile:

• You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship
• Ideally, you have some relevant work experience in the service sector
• You have a keen passion for cars and the wider topic of mobility, both today and in the future
• You work independently, meticulously and with a customer-focused approach
• You have strong team and communication skills, as well as organisational talent
• You have a sound knowledge of the MS Office suite
• You enjoy interacting with customers 
• You have a very good command of German and French, and a good command of English.
• A command of Luxembourgish is considered an asset
