Our client, a big international company, is now hiring a Software Renewal Officer to internalize this function in their office in Luxembourg !
You missions :
- Improve Renewal Processes Across Sales Channels.
- Lead Renewal Lifecycle for Customers and Resellers.
- Ensure Timely Offer Delivery.
- Collaborate for Upsell Opportunities.
- Proactively Follow Up for Acceptance.
- Negotiate and Resolve Renewal Issues.
- Maintain Up-to-Date CRM Records.
- Manage Digital Contracts Efficiently.
- Exceed Renewal Revenue Targets.
- Foster Positive Relationships.
Your profile :
- Previous experience in software renewal management or customer service is essential.
- Proficiency in CRM software, particularly Salesforce, is required.
- Fluency in English (Written and Oral); French proficiency is advantageous, additional languages are a plus.
- Strong customer service and sales orientation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, SharePoint).
- Ability to prioritize workload and work independently with strong organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills and a personable demeanor.
