Learning & Development - Alternance

ING Luxembourg is looking for a Learning & Development intern. Reporting to the Human Resources department, this work-study contract should ideally start as soon as possible for a period of 12 or 24 months.

Your missions:

  • Acting as the first point of contact for any L&D related queries
  • Organization of onboarding training for new employees
  • Monitoring of employee training via our platform (creation of training courses, registration, management of employee attendance)
  • Participation in various training projects: meeting with service providers, choice of programs, evaluations of previous training courses
  • Coordinating and liaising with external training suppliers
  • Processing of invoices and expense sheets related to training courses received or given
  • Training report
  • Production of the final report INFPC

Your profile :

Hard skills

  • Strong writing skills
  • Good interpersonal skills, proactivity
  • Good command of MS Office (Word, Excel, Access, Powerpoint...)
  • A perfect knowledge of French and a good command of English are required

Background

  • BAC +3/4 with a commercial, economic or human sciences orientation
  • A first experience in Human Resources is an asset
