At our site in Rodange (Luxembourg), a multi-national team of more than 50 employees is passionately committed to the development of the innovative C⋅A⋅T (Computer-Aided Theatre) control system and its installation in the world's major venues. TASK DESCRIPTION


The Content & Project Manager C⋅A⋅T Academy will be responsible for managing and coordinating the further development and delivery of our digital training platform. A key part of this role is to conceptualise, formulate and produce the associated content.


Your tasks include in particular:


  • Refine the content structure for a modern digital training platform based on existing training documents and our internal knowledge base.
  • Conceptualise, formulate and produce the associated training modules in high level English language in close collaboration with our project managers, trainers and service engineers.
  • Manage and own the project during the development and roll-out phase.
  • Update our product manuals online and in PDF format on a regular basis and coordinate translations with external service providers.
  • Write social media posts and technical articles about our C⋅A⋅T product range and exciting reference projects. If interested, you can also present this content at exhibitions, conferences and PR events.
  • Track and explore the potential for using AI to simplify and accelerate our content creation and documentation.
  • Ensure that the content produced conforms to the corporate design and remains of a consistently high quality.


OUR REQUIREMENTS


  • University degree in editing, journalism or similar.
  • Language skills: Fluent or native speaker of German and English as the source and target language of the knowledge databases.
  • Experience and references in the editorial conception, wording and production of explanatory content with a focus on user experience, software, automation or similar.
  • Experience of working with authoring systems (e.g. ST4) and content management systems.
  • Experience of producing explanatory video content.
  • First experience in structured management of long-term projects
  • Ease and creativity in using social media platforms for business.
  • An outgoing and pleasant personality, who is a good listener and has a love of interviewing.
  • A quick mind and the ability to understand both technical and human issues and to put them into words that people can understand.
  • Patience and resilience to work on texts and structures over an extensive period of time.
  • Additional language skills, especially in French and other foreign languages, would be an advantage.
  • Experience in the public relations field and direct contact with clients would be an advantage
  • Confident use of Office tools and modern communication platforms
