With a presence in the Luxembourg market for over 80 years, CEL is now recognized by its clients as a provider of integrated technical solutions across all market sectors.

While part of the company’s business initially centered on the distribution of industrial and electrical equipment, a second area of the company’s operations—dating back to its early years—involved the design and installation of telecommunications solutions. Since the 1960s, the company has continuously expanded its scope of operations: in the industrial solutions sector, it has moved toward the design and installation of electrical power distribution systems, and in the telecommunications sector, it has expanded into low-voltage systems in the broadest sense.

Having continuously evolved along the same lines over the past 35 years, we now position ourselves as an integrator of comprehensive technical solutions and are ready to tackle the challenges of digitalization, the energy transition, and connected devices in smart buildings—all thanks to our long-standing in-house expertise in the fields of voice and data communications (ICT & Applications), physical security (Security Systems), and the security and distribution of electrical energy (Energy Systems & Electrical Infrastructure).

In 2026, our company employs 200 people and reported net revenue of more than 35 million euros for the 2025 fiscal year.
