Our client, a fast-growing investment company specializing in real estate in Luxembourg, is looking for a senior corporate officer as part of a permanent hire.
As a Senior Corporate Officer, your main responsibilities will be :
- The complete management of the administrative cycle of the Luxembourg entities (constitution, liquidations, deposits at the RCS, etc.).
- Participation in regular investment reports (management reports, investor reports).
- Maintain collaboration with banks, notaries, advisors and auditors.
- Manage legal files and archives.
Profile wanted :
- You have experience in company secretarial, law or finance, or a similar degree.
- You have 6 years of experience in the administration of Luxembourg companies.
- You are recognised for your ability to write high-level minutes during transactions.
- You are fluent in English and French (written and oral). You have a basic understanding of accounting and taxation.
