Senior Corporate Officer - Your Role :

• Administrative management: Preparing and holding meetings of the Board of Directors and General Meetings, drafting minutes and legal documents, ensuring compliance with legal obligations.
• Coordination of Services: Working with internal departments (accounting, tax, legal) and coordinating audits.
• Legal Support: Providing legal advice and keeping a regulatory watch.
• Customer Relations: Manage and develop customer relations, participate in strategic meetings.
• Reporting: Preparing regular reports, monitoring files and deadlines.

Senior Corporate Officer - Your Profile:

• You have studied law, economics or financial administration
• You have at least 3 years' experience in a corporate department
• You speak fluent German and English, which is non-negotiable
• You are highly organised and rigorous
• You take initiative easily and pay attention to detail

Senior Corporate Officer - What We Offer :

The offer includes a salary of up to €60,000 gross, a pension plan, meal vouchers worth €15 a day, access to a canteen, language training and 29 days' holiday.
