Our client, a financial company, is looking for a secretary who speaks English and French fluently. German is considered as a plus. This is a temporary contract.
The main tasks :
- Carrying out general secretariat duties and administrative tasks, including preparing standard correspondence. proofreading and editing texts in English and/or finalising notes, letters and other documents.
- Circulating notes for signatures.
- Handling administrative tasks with a particular focus on the needs of the Department to ensure respect of deadlines and procedures, and to support the work of the other assistants of the department.
- Organising validation meetings and interviews.
- Enuring a constant update of the database.
- Ensuring filing in GED.
- Managing the newcomers onboard.
The required qualifications :
- A certified secondary level education, complemented with a 2-year certification in a relevant field (e.g. secretarial studies, business administration).
- At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in the administrative field.
- An excellent knowledge of standard Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- An excellent command of written and oral English and French. Good knowledge of German would be considered as a plus.
