Are you looking forward to take a new role as a Junior Helpdesk Level 1 - LUX / GERM / ENG / FR ? You will join a group leader in his domain located in Luxembourg. You will be in charge of the support level 1 for the company. This company is looking for someone who already has some basis in IT. Some trainings are planned to handle this role.
Your Responsibilities as Junior Helpdesk Level 1 - LUX / GERM / ENG / FR :
- You will ollow up by phone and email on incidents or requests
- You will provide first-level assistance for any functional or technical queries pertaining to our business software
- You will identify each incident's and request's importance and urgency.
- You will be in charge of writing procedures and documentation
- You will resolve or escalate to the relevant teams
- You will set up and maintaining mobile and landline phones, as well as workstations
Your profile as Junior Helpdesk Level 1 - LUX / GERM / ENG / FR :
- You have a Bachelor Degre in Computer Science
- You are junior in support and wants to improve your skills in this domain
- You must be fluent in German, Luxemburgish, English and French (Mandatory)
- You already worked on MS Office and Windows
- You are a curious and a good communicator.
