Our client, a private equity investment company, is looking for an Executive Assistant who speaks English fluently. This is a temporary contract to start as soon as possible. The job can be transformed into a permanent contract afterwards.

  • The candidate manages calendar, organises business trips, including reservations of hotels, flights, ground transportation and similar arrangements.
  • He deals with internal reporting, including timely management of expense reports and other internal team-related admin functions.
  • The candidate sources the venue, arranges accommodation, ground transportation, catering and dinners and, when required, supports the meetings on-site.
  • He is responsible for the day-to-day meeting coordination for the team.
  • The candidate has appropriate coordination and cooperation with the portfolio companies.
  • He works alongside the Executive Assistants in broader administrative support of the local team & office management support.

  • The candidate has a minimum of 3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant and/or Executive Assistant in a fast-paced environment.
  • He has strong experience managing business trips across and outside the EU.
  • The candidate is autonomous, working on Microsoft Office and especially Outlook on a daily basis : meetings, business trips management.
  • He speaks English fluently. French or German would be a plus.
  • Personal skills: The candidate has the ability to work in a very intercultural environment and strong interpersonal skills. He has a positive work attitude, willingness to be part of a team and reliability are essential.
  • Professional skills: The candidate is well-structured, highly organised, attentive to details and pro-active.
