Looking for a challenging part-time job ? Our client, a family office, is looking for an Analyst & Accounting officer and a German speaker to join their team. This is a part-time job.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing relationships and various administrative and financial tasks, including:
- Monitoring the billing of rights and royalties
- Verifying contract execution
- Handling interactions with the family's various service providers
Responsibilities:
- Ensure the monitoring and management of billing related to rights and royalties
- Verify and guarantee the proper execution of contracts
- Collaborate with the family's various service providers to meet their needs
- Propose and analyse financial dashboards containing various data
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in client relationship management or as an assistant manager for a family office
- Strong administrative and financial management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, adaptable, very good communication skills
- Fluency in English and German
Required Skills:
- Strong financial skills for creating and analysing dashboards
- Excellent client relationship management skills
- Ability to manage multiple service providers and coordinate their services
- Availability for occasional travel within Europe
