As part of a permanent recruitment (CDI) for one of our clients — a well-established life insurance player in Luxembourg — we are looking for an Account Officer with mandatory fluency in French and Dutch.
Your responsibilities :
- Manage life insurance files from an administrative perspective (onboarding/opening, follow-up, updates)
- Process day-to-day operations: contract changes, endorsements, surrenders, switches, etc.
- Check document completeness and compliance (KYC, supporting documentation)
- Enter and update information in internal systems
- Follow up on requests and coordinate with internal teams (front office, customer service, compliance, etc.)
- Contribute to continuous process improvement (quality, turnaround times, reliability)
Profile required :
- 1–3 years’ experience in life insurance, with mandatory back office experience
- Fluent French and Belgian Dutch (mandatory)
- Strong attention to detail, well organised, reliable
- Excellent team spirit to join a supportive and close-knit team
