We are looking for a Fund Accountant (M/F) on a permanent contract.


Under the supervision of the team manager:


  • You will take care of a portfolio of clients and work on their periodic and year-end financial closings, including the preparation of financial statements and other required regulatory reports.
  • You will be responsible for preparing Corporate Tax returns, VAT returns, and subscription tax returns.
  • You will participate on the Net Asset Value (NAV) production process, covering a wide range of financial and accounting tasks.
  • Handling inquiries from auditors, clients, and tax authorities, as well as addressing internal accounting-related issues, will be part of your responsibilities.
  • You will have the opportunity to work with various clients, including those in the private equity and real estate sectors within the fund industry.
  • Reporting on client needs and demands will be essential.
  • You will update the Investor register and the capital table.
  • Familiarity with CSSF reporting, as well as AIFMD and BCL reporting will be considered as an advantage.


Your qualifications:


  • Diploma in Accounting, Audit, or Finance
  • 2-3 years of professional experience in the Fund industry, including audit firms or similar roles
  • Experience in NAV calculations and NAV production
  • Familiarity with Luxembourg GAAP
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
  • Proactive and initiative-driven
  • Organized and methodical approach
  • Effective task prioritization and workload management
