Experis IT Luxembourg is currently recruiting a Multilingual Customer Support (m/f/x) for one of its clients based in Luxembourg.
Your responsibilities:
   • Answering incoming calls and providing a professional telephone reception service
   • Assessing user enquiries and gathering the necessary information
   • Logging and following up on enquiries in Jira
   • Follow the procedures and guidelines set by the client
   • Provide first-level functional support
   • Escalate requests to the relevant teams where necessary
   • Ensure an excellent level of service and user satisfaction
   • Help with the tracking and management of tickets
Your profile:
   • You have some experience in customer service, user support, administration or reception  work
   • You are confident on the telephone and have an excellent customer service ethos
   • You are meticulous, organised and able to follow established procedures
   • You are calm, approachable and customer-focused
   • Experience with Jira or a ticketing system is an advantage
   • No specific technical or IT skills are required. Training will be provided during your induction
   • You are fluent in French, English, German and Luxembourgish
