Local Information Security Officer (m/f/n)
Your tasks
- You support compliance with local security policies, procedures and standards
- You conduct risk assessments on company specific projects, based on rules defined by Group CISO and provide regular reporting on security operations, risk posture and compliance status
- You participate in the definition of supporting policies, procedures and standards based on entity requests and specificities and review exemptions by evaluating risks
- You perform 2nd LOD of controls and prepare requested KRIs
- You manage security requests needed from incident response (reports, analysis, follow-up) and security tests (Pen tests, config review, …)
- You ensure an effective implementation of the Identity & Access Management Policy by supporting the definition of roles and access permissions
- You organize the security committee in collaboration with relevant participants and ensure an efficient collaboration
Your profile
- You hold a university degree in IT or equivalent
- You have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role
- You are proactive, dynamic, and results-oriented
- You have a strong team spirit and collaborative mindset
- You have a keen eye for details and a strong sense of discretion and confidentiality
- Highly effective verbal and written communication skills in English and French.
- A good knowledge of German is a plus
