Technician Facility Management

TASK RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Monitor and maintain technical Building equipments (Electric, HVAC, GTC, Fire central, Access Control, Sanitary…)
• Handle internal service orders including regular and preventive maintenance allocated
• Assist with the installation, repair and troubleshooting on electrical Installations and shop machinery (BT-h/v)
• Monitor and maintain electrical equipment as per recommendation of the AAA (ISO 701/702)
• Monitor and maintain safety equipment (First aid equipment, fire extinguishers, evacuation equipment...)
• Perform moving of personnel and their equipment
• Repair and maintain office furniture

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS FOR THE POSITION:

• Secondary technical education or accomplished technical apprenticeship in a relevant field (Diploma DT)
• Being proactive and eager to learn
• Taking initiatives and leading by example
• Ability to work in team as well as independently
• Ability to work hands-on and being interested in technical aspects
• Being open-minded and relating comfortably with diverse groups of people
• Relevant work experience is considered as an advantage
• Experience with Programable Logical Controller (SpeicherProgrammierbare Steuerung) is an advantage
• Fluency in English, other languages are considered as an advantage, especially Luxembourgish and German
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Valid class B Driving license (regular cars)

WORKING CONDITIONS:

• A Certificate of good conduct (Casier judiciaire, Polizeiliches Führungszeugnis) will be required in case of positive selection
• Working hours are fixed but may be adjusted on a very occasional basis.
• Working on some weekends may be required at later stage (ex: weekend "on call" service)
