Our client, a specialized IP advisory firm based in Luxembourg since more than 50 years, is seeking a qualified Industrial & Intellectual Property Jurist (Trademark & Design Attorney) to join their team. Industrial & Intellectual Property Jurist - Your Role :

• Advise clients on the registrability of trademarks, designs, and logos.
• Handle filing and registration procedures at the Benelux, EU, and international levels.
• Draft claims and other legal documentation related to IP protection.
• Support opposition, cancellation, and infringement proceedings.
• Work alongside junior legal professionals in a cooperative and structured environment.
• Collaborate with internal teams while maintaining a client-centric approach.
• Engage in pre-litigation strategies, though full litigation cases are not part of this role.

Industrial & Intellectual Property Jurist - Your Profile:

• Have 5 to 7 years of experience in intellectual property law within a legal firm (France, Germany, Belgium, or Luxembourg).
• Hold a Trademark & Design Attorney qualification.
• Have a strong legal background with experience across different sectors.
• Are fluent in French, English, and German (written and spoken).
• Are detail-oriented, adaptable, and enjoy working on a broad range of IP matters.
• Have a proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to work autonomously.

Industrial & Intellectual Property Jurist - What We Offer :

• Up to 75 000 € gross / year (based on experience, a bonus, meal vouchers (15€) and 27 days off.
