Compliance Officer / RC - Junior to Senior - AIFM Funds

Responsibilities :

• Take ownership of RC mandates, ensuring compliance with Luxembourg and EU regulatory frameworks for AIFM funds.
• Assist senior colleagues on RC mandates, gradually developing autonomy and decision-making capabilities.
• Conduct ongoing monitoring of clients' fund structures, identifying and mitigating compliance risks.
• Support internal and external audits and regulatory reporting obligations.
• Liaise with clients, regulators, and internal stakeholders to provide clear, practical, and timely compliance guidance.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of CSSF guidelines, circulars, and other regulatory developments impacting AIFM compliance.

Candidate Profile :

• Junior to senior professionals with experience in compliance within AIFM funds.
• Candidates either:
• have directly managed RC mandates, or
• have assisted seniors on RC mandates and are ready to progressively take full responsibility.
• Fluent in English and French, with strong communication and drafting skills.
• Structured, proactive, and motivated to develop expertise in AIFM compliance.
• Able to work independently on mandates while benefiting from team guidance and mentorship.
