New business and sales at a family-run IT service provider


We are a family-run IT service provider with a focus on modern, intuitive solutions and strong customer service. We have many different products and are constantly working

to focus and standardise our range — a nice, manageable challenge for sales. Because we keep developing, fresh and intuitive ideas are always welcome.

WHAT THE SALES ROLE IS ABOUT


In our industry, you rarely sell through spec sheets. You sell through trust. The customer

needs to feel that we know what we are talking about and that they can rely on us. You enjoy

approaching people and talking to them. Technology is not just a work topic for you, but

something you deal with in your private life too. Sales experience is a plus, but not a must —

what matters far more is the hunger to close deals and the drive to really understand what we

build.


YOUR TASKS


  • Actively approach potential customers, make contacts and build relationships.
  • Sell in a consultative, trust-based way — from our standard products to custom software development.
  • Get deeply familiar with our technology and products at the start, so you fully master at least one area and always know what you are talking about in every customer conversation.
  • Help shape our sales structure and develop it further with your own ideas.
  • Identify, drive and close deals.

WHAT YOU BRING


  • A genuine enjoyment of contact and strong communication skills, with no hesitation about making the first move.
  • Genuine enthusiasm for technology, including in your private life, so you stay up to date.
  • Motivation, drive and the hunger to close new deals.
  • German and Luxembourgish for internal communication, plus French and English for customer contact.
  • Team spirit and a mindset geared toward shared growth rather than “this is mine”.
  • Career starters and career changers are expressly welcome. Motivation counts for more with us than years of experience.
