A historic ManCo of the Luxemburgish landscape, founded two decades ago, is looking to grow its corporate department by recruiting their future Senior Corporate officer.

Your Responsibilities | Legal – Corporate – Senior Officer – ManCo

• In your daily responsibilities, you will handle the full corporate lifecycle of your portfolio of clients (SPVs), from the incorporation to the liquidation.
• You will be involved in the organization of board/shareholder meetings and will prepare agendas and draft the related minutes.
• You will be responsible for the preparation and the draft of legal documentation such as capital increases, loan agreements, SPAs or even the change of directors.
• Additionally, you will be responsible for RCS/RBE filings, the approval of annual accounts as well as bank account openings.
  
  

Profile and Career Path | Legal – Corporate – Senior Officer – ManCo

• For this position, we are looking for candidate with at least 4 years of experience within a fiduciary, a PFS or a ManCo.
• To ensure an excellent integration to the team and clients, you should have a perfect command of English. Any additional language skills are welcomed, but not necessary.
• Detail oriented, proactive and well-organized are words that describe you in a professional context. You are seeking a company that will allow you independence in your tasks as well as an excellent internal organization.
• You are experienced with managing a portfolio of SPVs.
