We have the pleasure to present you an opportunity of Corporate/Legal Officer in this structure, a PFS of over 30 employees that is currently in full expansion on the market.

You will work in a team that is composed of corporate officers and accountants, which means that you will be able to communicate easily and in full transparency with your colleagues regarding the clients you share. This way, you know at all times how your client’s situation is advancing and how to work as a team to ensure a quality service.

Its services are oriented towards alternative investment funds in private equity and real estate, in addition to soparfi/holdings (for which another team is in charge). This means that you will be surrounded by highly skilled individuals, and also have the chance to learn continuously.

Finally, the PFS is quite open about the fact that their new employee will have many career opportunities and evolve in the hierarchy, which means that your responsibilities will grow as you evolve in the company and you will never be frustrated about staying at the same level.

If at one point in time in the future you wish to grow to a Manager position for example, this is one of the many possibilities that will be offered to you.

Your Responsibilities | Corporate Officer – Corporate – Legal – PSF - PFS

• You will have the responsibility to handle your files from the constitution to the dissolution/liquidation.
• You prepare and organize board meetings and shareholder meetings, board packs and agendas, draft the minutes and resolutions and ensure a complete follow-up.
• You are the key contact person for your clients in case they have any questions, and you also ensure a good communication with administrations and third parties.
• You publish the accounts on the Business Register as well as any other common modifications such as the entity name, change of seat and so on.
  
  

Profile and Career Path | Corporate Officer – Corporate – Legal – PSF - PFS

• You have at least 1,5 year of experience as a corporate officer in a fiduciary, investment company or PSF in Luxembourg.
• You have been exposed primarily to alternative investment funds in private equity and/or real estate.
• You speak French and English fluently, Italian will be a very strong advantage in your application but is not a must.
• Your open mindedness and enthusiastic personality will be greatly appreciated by your colleagues, who would also describe themselves as dynamic.

• In function of your profile and experience, your salary can reach € 58.000 gross per year to which you can also add a bonus at the end of the year.
