Your Responsibilities | Corporate Officer – Legal - Law – Corporate – PFS - Fiduciary
- You will have to manage a client portfolio composed of SOPARFI and PE/RE entities from the constitution to the liquidation (or in the most autonomous manner possible, depending on your level of experience).
- You will be the point of contact for your clients in case they have questions.
- Preparing board meetings will be part of your regular tasks as well as preparing shareholders' meetings and the minutes.
- You will be responsible for the different publications on the Trade Registers (RCS/RBE) such as capital increases and decreases, change of directors, change of seat, annual accounts and so on.
- You will be responsible for maintaining contacts with clients, notaries, public authorities and banks.

- You have at minimum 2 years of experience in a fiduciary, PSF or asset management company in Luxembourg.
- You have experience on a similar client portfolio, of financial entities.
- You have a good team spirit which will enable you to reinforce the spirit of cohesion within your team.
- You are fluent in German and have a good professional proficiency in English. French is a plus.
- You are motivated, dynamic and organised by nature and you like to be rigorous in the way you handle your daily tasks.
