3S Money is looking for a proactive Corporate Affairs & HR Administrator to support our Authorised Management, Global HR Lead and Board across Europe. Ideal for someone organised, detail-driven and ready to grow in an international environment.

What you’ll be doing


  • Supporting Board & Management with agendas, minutes and documentation
  • Handling confidential HR data for Luxembourg, NL & France
  • Maintaining HR systems, policies and onboarding/offboarding processes
  • Preparing payroll data and manage government portals
  • Overseeing office operations, suppliers and admin budgets
  • Keeping corporate records secure and compliant (GDPR)

 

About you, you have


  • Experience in HR, or administration/corporate support (junior–mid level)
  • Fluency in Dutch & English (requirement) with French being a great addition
  • Strong organisational & communication skills
  • High integrity and ability to handle confidential info
  • Confident with MS Office & document management tools
