Software Test Engineer

At Uni Systems, we are working towards turning digital visions into reality. We are continuously growing and we are looking for a Software Test Engineer to join our UniQue Testing team.

What will you be bringing to the team?

• Deep dive into the business logic of the System under Test
• Review requirements & technical specifications to create detailed and well-structured test cases
• Create Master Test Plans (test approach, estimates, schedule, resources, risks)
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure the quality of final deliverables
• Execute test cases for new features and regression
• Use Test Management tools to document traceability and follow-up issues
• Provide Test Progress Reports to project teams
• Participate in Agile ceremonies
• Organize and Lead User Acceptance Testing

Requirements:

What do you need to succeed in this position?

• University Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or related field
• A minimum of 3 years of Software Test experience
• Experience with JIRA/Zephyr or Azure DevOps tools
• Experience with Postman, SoapUI & SQL
• Experience working in Agile teams (Scrum)
• Relevant professional qualifications (e.g. ISTQB foundation level or higher) are highly desirable
• Credible, detail-oriented, and proactive team player who can work well under pressure, without compromising quality standards and deadlines
• Excellent use of the English language (verbal & written). Knowledge of French would be considered as asset
