TMC Luxembourg is seeking for one of our client, a junior Windows 11 roll out project support officer.
Your missions :
- Prepare equipment for onboard new joiners
- Write processes and user guidelines
- Participate to ad-hoc projects
- Technical assistance for employees
- Improve quality of accountable services
Your skills :
- Passion for helping people with great communication skills
- Team spirit and flexible
- Rigorous and attentive to details
- Knowledge in ITI Hardware equipment
- IT knowledge (fundamental certification is an advantage)
- Fluent il French and English, German is an asset
