Why This Role Matters
In this role, you will contribute to bringing innovative tire designs into production while supporting continuous improvement across our manufacturing processes. Your work will help ensure new products are implemented efficiently, sustainably, and with care for safety, quality, and collaboration.
What You’ll Do
- Coordinate projects related to the implementation of new tire specifications into production
- Support the industrialization and introduction of new tire designs into manufacturing processes
- Contribute to process management and continuous improvement initiatives to reduce complexity and increase efficiency
- Assist with waste reduction and improvements in safety, environmental impact, and productivity
- Provide manufacturing support during the reception and implementation of newly developed tire designs, including plant transfers and build wire activities
- Participate in tire testing, monitoring, and related technical follow-up activities

What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering
- Entry-level or graduate-level profile (first professional experience is welcome but not required)
- Good knowledge of MS Office tools
- Fluency in English and German or French (Luxembourgish is an asset)
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with others
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Analytical mindset, proactive approach, adaptability, and willingness to learn
