At Uni Systems, we are working towards turning digital visions into reality. We are continuously growing and we are looking for a professional Java Full-Stack Developer with expertise in Angular, Java, and Oracle Database to join our UniQue International team.
What will you be bringing to the team?
• Develop and maintain web applications using Java/J2EE and related technologies.
• Design and implement SQL databases (Oracle, MySQL) and manage Oracle RDBMS.
• Build and enhance frontend interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Utilize Spring Framework, Hibernate/EclipseLink for backend development.
• Manage version control using GIT and SVN.
• Work with Maven for project build and dependency management.
• Implement and optimize Apache Solr and Lucene for search functionalities.
• Develop and maintain JSP-based applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable solutions.
• Debug and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
Requirements:
What do you need to succeed in this position?
• Bachelor Degree in IT or related field with a minimum of 3 years of experience within SW development
• Strong knowledge of Java/J2EE, Spring Framework, and ORM frameworks like Hibernate/EclipseLink.
• Proficiency in SQL (Oracle, MySQL) and Oracle RDBMS.
• Experience with frontend technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript.
• Hands-on experience with Maven, GIT, SVN for project management and version control.
• Familiarity with Apache Solr and Lucene for search implementations.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
• Very good knowledge of written and spoken English is required. Knowledge of French would be considered as asset.
Desirable:
• Experience in Agile development methodologies.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with cloud-based environments.
