Since 1961, Luxembourg's national day is held every year on June 23: an ideal opportunity for the whole of Luxembourg to celebrate the Grand Duke's birthday in style. This year, Moovijob.com, the country's number 1 job board, has decided to mark the occasion by also wishing a Happy Luxembourg National Day abroad.

Who says you can't combine festivities with recruitment? Certainly not Moovijob.com!

With more than 5,000 job offers online, the country's leading job board continues to think out of the box with its communication actions. With the acquisition of candidates becoming an increasingly decisive issue for companies, Moovijob.com is constantly crossing borders and breaking down barriers.

To recruit, you need to attract. And to attract, you have to be daring.

Launched at the end of 2022, the "I love my job" campaign continues its quest for smiles and positive interactions at a time when we all too often tend to see the glass as half-empty. At Moovijob.com, on the contrary, the glass is full! The National Day was the opportunity for the Luxembourg job board to turn this campaign into a simple and effective "I love Luxembourg".

Thousands of placemats, customized for the occasion with the Grand Duke, are being distributed for one month in hundreds of restaurants in Luxembourg. Prost a gudden Appetit!

But that is not all! For the first time, Moovijob.com has also decided to celebrate Luxembourg's national day abroad, in particular in Belgium and Germany, with a massive billboard campaign in the streets of these two countries. Hundreds of posters with the message "I love Luxembourg. Moovijob.com wishes you a happy Luxembourg National Day!" will be visible to our Belgian and German friends. This message also highlights the more than 5,000 job offers available on the job board, testifying to the dynamism and diversity of employment in the Grand Duchy.

While some may find the tone a little provocative towards our Belgian and German friends, it should be seen as a modest invitation, because yes, Luxembourg needs its neighbors more than ever. 😊
