Your Role...

We are looking for a new team member who thrives in a structured environment, excels at organization, and takes pride in maintaining control over their workload. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing posting, reporting and administrative tasks, ensuring that our recruitment operations run smoothly, and maintaining clear and concise communication channels. You are passionate about the meaningful relationships you cultivate between all stakeholders. Making a great impression is what you do on the phone, online, and in person.

Work closely with the recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and priorities, and provide necessary support to meet those goals.

Posting and Reporting

  • Posting jobs on major job boards, optimizing job descriptions and postings to increase visibility and attract high-quality candidates, targeting specific demographics or skill sets relevant to the job openings
  • Create robust posting strategies on various job boards, company career pages, and social media platforms. Plan, execute, and manage recruitment campaigns to attract top talent. Track and analyze campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations for improvement
  • Generate, analyze, and distribute regular reports on recruitment metrics

Tool and contract Administration

  • Act as an administrator for the applicant tracking system (ATS) and other candidate management tools
  • Troubleshoot issues, and provide user support
  • Support the contract management process with external providers for our sourcing channels

First Line Support

  • Handle queries from internal stakeholders, providing accurate and timely responses or directing them to the appropriate team member

What we expect from you…

You bring a proactive and self-motivated approach to work. Further,

  • Working experience in an HR and/or agency environment
  • Experience with various job boards
  • Track record in planning, executing, and managing recruitment campaigns. Ability to attract top talent through creative and effective sourcing strategies. Being creative to find innovative ways to attract
  • Learning agility, staying updated with the latest sourcing trends, tools, and best practices
  • Knowledge of the functions and capabilities of CMR tools; ideally an applicant tracking system
  • Organisational skills, evidenced by successfully streamlining office procedures, and ensuring timely task completion within tight deadlines
  • Professional communications skills in English and French in both, oral and written
