We are actively seeking a Workplace Engineer profile for one of our clients.
As a Workplace Engineer, you will be responsible for managing, optimizing, and migrating Microsoft 365 services within the company. You will lead migration projects to M365, including services such as Intune, Exchange, and tenant management, while ensuring a seamless and secure integration of M365 tools for users. Your role will be essential in driving the company’s digital transformation by implementing modern collaborative solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing M365 migration projects: Plan and execute migration projects, moving Exchange On-Premise services to Exchange Online, overseeing M365 tenant management, and deploying Intune for device management and compliance.
- Implementing and configuring Microsoft Intune: Ensure deployment, configuration, and management of security and compliance policies for mobile devices and workstations through Intune.
- Exchange Online migration and administration: Perform Exchange migrations, configure and manage Exchange Online services, ensuring continuity in messaging and collaboration services.
- Microsoft 365 tenant management: Administer and manage multi-tenant environments, ensuring their security, compliance, and performance.
- Supporting security and compliance: Work with security teams to implement security policies following best practices (MFA, DLP, etc.) and ensure compliance with GDPR and other relevant regulations.
- Level 3 technical support: Provide high-level support for issues related to M365 services, including Intune, Exchange, and other M365 components.
- User training and support: Train internal teams on the use of M365 tools and ensure smooth adoption of the new technologies implemented.
Required Skills:
- Strong expertise in Microsoft Intune, Exchange Online, and Microsoft 365 tenant administration.
- Proven experience managing transformation projects towards Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Intune, Teams, etc.).
- Deep knowledge of M365 services, including Entra ID, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, and more.
- Solid understanding of security and compliance requirements in a cloud environment.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve complex issues related to M365 services.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with both technical and non-technical teams.
Desired Profile:
- Degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in managing and migrating M365 services (at least 3 to 5 years).
- Microsoft certifications (Azure, M365, Intune) are highly valued.
- Ability to work independently and within a team, with strong priority management skills.
