YOUR ROLE
As Senior Software Engineer SQL you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining databases, as well as writing SQL queries to interact with data efficiently. You will be regularly in contact with the client to update the requirements and to communicate about the development.
- Develop and design relational databases to support business needs.
- Normalize databases to eliminate redundancy and optimize performance.
- Analyze database performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to improve efficiency.
- Document database structures, procedures, and optimization strategies for future reference.
- Develop and maintain ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to move data between systems and ensure accurate data integration.
YOUR PROFILE
- Excellent knowledge of relational database system.
- Proven experience with SQL or PL/SQL.
- Good knowledge of multi-dimensional modelling such OLAP.
- To be comfortable to communicate with technical and non-technical persons.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- 10 years of experience as SQL developer is required.
- 5+ years university degree ideally in Data engineering or an equivalent field is mandatory.
