As part of our ongoing growth, we are currently looking for:
IT Network and System Engineer
Your mission:
- Maintain a global network (WAN, LAN, WLAN) and troubleshoot any problems that arise.
- Ensure appropriate security is in place at network / server /applications levels.
- Advise about new technologies, suggest improvements to the existing infrastructure, submit change requests.
- Technical implementation and collaboration on different projects (network, system, application) in collaboration with the other IT departments (Development and ERP teams).
- Carry out preventive maintenance operations.
- Maintain the technology rollout and server lifecycle and provide support for the whole IT infrastructure of Rotarex.
- Follow the daily activities as a level 2 and level 3 support by identifying and resolving infrastructure issues and manage escalated issues.
- Document the infrastructure and related procedures.
Our expectations:
- Must have:
- Fluent in French and English
- Computer degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Expert in networking technologies and solutions (WAN, LAN, WIFI, NAC). Knowledge in industrial environments like Industry 4.0 and IoT is a plus.
- Security management (backup, firewalls, auditing systems).
- Expert in Microsoft operating systems.
- Good knowledge and experience on several Microsoft solutions (Azure, Active Directory, Entra ID, Office 365, Defender, Sentinel, InTune, …)
- Flexible on working time (maintenance can occur outside of standard working time), part of the On-Call duty team rotation.
- Experience in ISO 9001 environment, NIS 2 is a plus.
