To support the fast growth of Firetec business unit, we are currently looking for a
SUPPLY CHAIN ANALYST
As a Supply Chain Analyst, reporting to the Master Planner, you will play a key role in the development and evolution of our supply chain planning system.
You will contribute to the development and integration of mid-term (12 months) demand and supply plans, and in the transition to the SAP IBP module for our SIOP process.
You will closely collaborate with the sales, production, and operations teams to optimize inventory management and ensure product availability in line with market needs.
Your mission:
- Maintain, structure, and control data in Excel, SQL, and SAP to support the SIOP cycle and facilitate the transition to the SAP IBP module alongside IT teams.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to forecasts, supply, and inventory. Propose and implement improvement plans in case of discrepancies.
- Work closely with production, assembly, and manufacturing planners to ensure optimal inventory management throughout the supply chain and product availability.
- Balance demand and supply by aligning commercial plans with supply chain plans over the mid-term (up to 12 months).
- Regularly analyze finished goods, semi-finished products, and component inventories.
- Collaborate with sales and production teams to balance demand and supply, minimizing exposure to underperforming inventory.
Our expectations:
- Must have:
- Proficiency in Excel (including VBA) and SQL to support planning and forecasting.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position.
- Deep understanding of the SIOP process (formerly S&OP) and inventory control.
- Hands-on experience with SAP and supply chain planning and forecasting solutions.
- Proficiency in English and French.
- Soft skills:
- Ability to identify and correct errors, verify data accuracy, and provide reliable analyses.
- Aptitude for conveying complex analyses clearly and collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
- Resilience in facing challenges and persistence in ensuring the adoption of new methods.
- Nice-to-have
- Proficiency in German is an advantage.
- Experience working with international teams or plants.
- Knowledge in programming with VBA or in data analysis.
