For one of our clients located in Bertrange, we are looking for a :

an Internal Sales Representative (m/f)

Practical information :

Location : Bertrange

Duration : 12 months – Full Time

Timetable: regular office hours

Home Office : First months at the office. After training period possible to discuss work from home

This person ensures the customer service for the Luxembourg Liberty Card Customers (B2B) by:
answering inquiries via phone or mail, problem resolution, sales support, credit follow-up in the customers own language.

Main focus: Customer service and problem solving

Experience with customer service / sales support

Languages
Must: French, Luxembourgish, German
Nice to have: English

Independent - As the Fleet Manager often will be on the road and the supporting teams are situated in at the Antwerp office
Responsible
Assertive
Strong communication skills to support the customer by phone and mail
Some affinity with numbers to preform the daily credit control
Experience with MS Office. Nice to have: experience with SAP system

Team

The Internal Sales Representative will work with the Fleet Territory Manager for Luxembourg Liberty Cards and provide the necessary administrative support towards the Territory Manager and the Liberty customers.

This function has been created to take over part of the current workload of the Territory Manager. This means that there are no direct colleagues that preform the same tasks.

The Luxembourg office is a small but social and inviting team.


Salary

- Between €3,775 - €4,710 gross/month depending on education level and relevant experience.

- Mealvouchers: 10,80 €/worked day.
