To support the fast growth of Firetec business unit, we are currently looking for a :

Customer Service Representative (GERMAN-ENGLISH- FRENCH)

The Customer Service is a global service working for all our international internal and external clients.

Your mission:

  •  Listen and respond to customer’s needs and concerns;
  •  Provide information about products, delivery time and other services;
  •  Ensure order processing and oversee billing or payments;
  •  Review or make changes to customer accounts;
  •  Analyze situations, investigate problems and determine solutions; 
  •  Assist sales managers on administrative work.

Our expectations:

- Must have:

  •  You have obtained a Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Trade Relations or similar area;
  • You have a first positive experience in technical or industrial Customer Service;
  • You have worded with various international customers (distributors, end users, small and corporate accounts);
  •  You are fluent in German, English and French;
  •  Your technical skill makes you confident for understanding our customer’s demands;
  •  You know how to develop a B2B-relation on the long term with your customers;
  • You are efficient with the different tools of Microsoft Office : Outlook, Excel, Word.


- Soft skills :

  • You have excellent communication skills ( written and oral);
  • Your open attitude and your professionalism makes you obtain the trust of the customer;
  • You are a team player but know who to work autonomously;
  • You have the eye for details and are considered very rigorous;
  • Your personal organization is based on order and respect for taken commitments.

- Nice to have :

  • You have experience using SAP;
