Job Content :

• Experience and knowledge in Fault & Performance management domains,
• Experience and knowledge with the following application monitoring tools: Dynatrace, BMC true sight application monitoring,
• Plan, configure, implement, manage, and maintain the Dynatrace tool by performing administrative tasks from the console,
• Create, maintain, and tune monitoring and notification rules in Dynatrace,
• Collaborate with clients and team Engineers to determine requirements for filters, events, alerts, dashboards, and reporting within Dynatrace,
• Act as SME for Dynatrace including day to day administration, configuration, and troubleshooting,
• Experience with Dynatrace installation, configuration, administration, tuning/adjustments of monitoring thresholds and notifications,
• 5+ years of solid scripting experience with scripting languages such as Python, JavaScript, PowerShell, Linux/Unix shell scripting or other programming languages,
• Knowledge and expertise network security, networks & services monitoring and performance management,
• Based on recommendations from management, implement new and improved processes, change processes, perform new tasks, create reports, and address ad-hoc requests,
• Good knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Azure DevOps.

Profile :

Main prerequisite:

• Certification in Dynatrace application monitoring tool

Nice to have:

• Architect level of experience in Dynatrace or any other application monitoring tool
• Experience with Splunk
• Experience with ITSM tool such BMC Remedy
