Privilege Services is currently seeking a Short-Term Premium Receptionist to join a highly prestigious and demanding environment in Luxembourg City.
This position requires an individual who embodies excellence in service, professionalism, and discretion, while delivering a seamless front-of-house experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional and refined welcome to visitors, clients, and stakeholders
- Manage incoming calls and handle requests with professionalism and efficiency
- Ensure the reception area consistently reflects the highest standards
- Coordinate administrative support tasks with accuracy and discretion
- Maintain a premium client experience at all times
Profile Required
- Impeccable presentation and strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent sense of service and attention to detail
- Fluent in English and French; any additional language is considered an asset
- Previous experience in a premium, luxury, or corporate front-of-house environment is highly valued
- Proactive, reliable, and able to perform under pressure
- Any experience in a law firm is an asset
