For immediate employment, we are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Officer to join our purchasing team on a part-time basis.


WHAT ARE YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support Purchasing team in global purchasing strategy implementation.
  • Provide administrative support to the Merchandise and Purchasing team.
  • Maintain, organize purchasing database and records Excel and other relevant tools.
  • Support the team in communications with suppliers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Address and resolve administrative issues promptly.
  • Assist with various aspects of procurement and inventory management.


WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experience in an administrative role, within a Merchandise and Purchasing field is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in statistical analysis and spreadsheet software like Excel and other Microsoft tools.
  • Fluent in English, other languages are plus.
