Legal Officer - Wealth management firm

Description

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the establishment, migration, liquidation, and closure of investment funds.
• Draft and amend constitutive documents and agreements.
• Handle filings with the CSSF and respond to their comments until final approval.
• Aid in the registration of investment funds in other jurisdictions and maintain necessary documentation.
• Collect and review documents for the appointment of new Board members for CSSF approval.
• Perform annual maintenance and filing of the KIIDs.
• Open and manage bank accounts.
• Provide support to the Domiciliary and Corporate team, and Fund Domiciliary & Corporate Agent.

Profile

Qualities of a Successful Candidate

• University degree in Law.
• Experience in a similar position within a Management Company or law firm.
• Proficiency in Luxembourg corporate law.
• Experience in the Fund Industry in Luxembourg is advantageous.
• Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
