Maintenance Coordinator (w/m/x)

The Manpower Group Recruitment Agency is hiring for one of its clients, a Maintenance Coordinator (m/f/x).

 

A few words about our client: It is a renowned international industrial company based in Luxembourg, supplying parts for the automotive industry.

Job Description:



Across multiple production lines, you assist the maintenance teams with priority repairs to reduce downtime. You analyze downtime that causes the greatest losses to take corrective actions. You assist in maintenance planning and manage the spare parts program. Additionally, you work with equipment manufacturers and external suppliers to improve repair efficiency. You are responsible for the root cause analysis program, tracking actions to completion.

Required Profile:

• Experience in maintenance of office or industrial buildings.
  
• Hold a degree (Bac+2 / Bachelor) in Electrical Engineering, Electrotechnics, or Mechanical Engineering.
  
• Fluency in English and French (and/or German) required, both oral and written.
  
• Experience in robotics (Fanuc) and knowledge of programming languages (Siemens, Allen Bradley).
  
• Ability to work autonomously, manage priorities, good communication, and teamwork skills.
