Internship E-Commerce

For our department E-Commerce within LuxairAirlines, we are looking for a (an):

Internship E-Commerce

Main duties:

• Participate actively in ongoing e-Commerce projects (websites, mobile app, social media…)
• Be involved in sales campaigns, e-CRM actions and social media management
• Support Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and online content improvements
• Support Search Engine Marketing (SEM) strategy and analytics
• Support Google analytics & data analysis from a sales perspective
• Manage client complaints and issues, maintain quality control of digital channels
• Editorial & copywriting support for websites and sales actions
• Participate in benchmarking & market studies to derive new online sales opportunities
• Support E-Commerce team and serving as a backup when necessary.

Required profile:

• Must be a self-starter with energy, drive and determination to accomplish goals and demonstrated ability to multi-task, set priorities, stay focused, keep work quality
• Strong understanding of current digital marketing concepts, strategy and best practices
• Strong understanding of data & statistics, analytics and sales
• Excellent oral and written communications skills, very good editing skills
• Fluent in English, German and/or French is considered an asset (any further language, i.e. Portuguese, Italian or Spanish, is a plus).
• Knowledge of MS Office Suite, especially Excel and Power Point.
